What does 250 GB actually hold?
Nobody plans their week in gigabytes. Here is roughly what each allocation holds, with the assumption printed next to it so you can check the arithmetic against your own equipment instead of trusting a marketing number.

These are estimates, not entitlements. They count the original DICOM at the sizes assumed above, and your equipment will produce different files — a full CT of a head is not a foot series. EQPACS also keeps small optimised JPEG copies for the mobile viewer, which add a few percent on top. We confirm the expected allocation from your normal modality mix during paid subscription onboarding, and the app shows actual usage once the clinic is active.
If you outgrow an allocation you get warnings at 80%, 90% and 100% — never a surprise per-gigabyte invoice. Add a published storage pack or move up a plan, at any time.
Pricing questions
Can we evaluate the viewer before subscribing?
Yes. The interactive demo uses reviewed, de-identified previews from the dedicated EQPACS Demo Clinic so you can try desktop and mobile image controls without opening a clinic account. Real clinic accounts begin as paid monthly subscriptions.
What if we need more storage?
You can add a published storage pack or move to a plan with a larger included allocation. The app provides usage warnings as the clinic approaches its limit.
Can we move an existing DICOM archive?
Yes. Migration is a separate one-time service based on the number of studies and the condition of the export. We review a sample before setting the transfer plan.
Are the plans billed annually?
No. Current plans are billed monthly in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is additional.
